Shipping Information

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery within South Africa: 3–7 working days.

  • Pre-order items: 10–14 working days.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched (Courier Guy or Aramex).

  • Tracking may take 1–2 working days to activate.

2. Shipping Rules

  • No weekend or public-holiday deliveries.

  • No collections — courier delivery only.

  • No rush or emergency orders.

3. Responsibility on Delivery
Once handed to the courier, it’s your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
We are not liable for missed deliveries, theft, or loss due to an incorrect or unattended address.

4. Delays
If delays occur beyond our control, we will notify you by email or phone.

5. Failed Deliveries & Damages
If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, extra courier fees may apply.
Report any incorrect or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
